Payments and your order
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. At checkout, Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, email address, and billing information under its privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares your email address and order details with us so we can fulfill your order, manage your license, and provide support. We use your email for marketing only if you separately opt in.
What the plugin sends
To activate and validate your license, the plugin contacts our licensing service and sends your license key and a machine identifier derived from your computer’s hardware. The identifier lets us count activations without receiving details about what you do on your computer. This happens when you activate the plugin and periodically while you use it. A cached license lets the plugin continue working offline.
Our plugins do not collect audio, usage analytics, or telemetry. Nothing you play or record is sent to us.
Your rights
To ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We’ll respond to your request. If your order data is deleted, we may no longer be able to restore a lost license key.
Purchase terms
- License: One purchase includes one license with up to five machine activations for your own use. You can deactivate a machine to free up an activation.
- Refunds: Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us. No questions asked.
- Free demo: Try every feature without an account or email address. The demo briefly switches to a level-matched bypass every 60 seconds.
- Delivery: Your download is available through Lemon Squeezy after purchase.
- License agreement: The full end-user license agreement (EULA) is included with the installer.
